Phil Locascio

Devotees of the Horror/Dark Fantasy genre will have no trouble recognizing the name of Phil Locascio.  Phil has been writing since 1996.  Dozens of his short stories have been published in small press publications, magazines and anthologies both in America and overseas.  Many of his tales have received Honorable Mention in the annual YEAR'S BEST FANTASY AND HORROR Anthology.

A collection of some of Phil's short stories titled Howling Hounds was published in the Fall of 2004 (Sarob Press).  Since then he has had two novels published.  The Sins of Orville Sand (Mundania Press) and The Sorcerer of Hooterville (Coscom Entertainment).

His latest novel, The Restoration of Josef Mundt (Lyrical Press), is a sci-fi/suspense thriller in which a group of wealthy aristocrats, led by a charismatic genius, plot to cheat mortality through the devious methods of cloning and brain transplantation.

When not writing, playing guitar, gardening or skiing in the mountains of Colorado, Phil spends his time throwing things at the TV set as the Chicago Cubs blow another ninth inning lead.

Phil Lives in Springfield, Illinois with his wonderful wife, Jane, his stubborn, but still lovable, daughter, Lucy, and their 3 cats.
