Jason Beymer

A permanent fixture at his local coffeehouse, Jason Beymer hunches over his laptop in a caffeine-induced frenzy, jowls slick with muse. He injects comedy into the urban, paranormal and traditional fantasy genres like a squeeze of lemon into a glass of ice water: tart, yet refreshing. When he's not pounding on his keyboard, Jason worships at the feet of authors like Ray Bradbury, Christopher Moore and Connie Willis, and has an unhealthy obsession with Grace Park and Tricia Helfer.

Jason lives in California as a stay-at-home daddy to an eight-pound dachshund and a forty-pound human, intent on transforming the latter into an anti-social video game junky just like her old man. Though happily married, Jason's dream is to one day appear on a VH1 reality show as a disgruntled ex-boyfriend.
